The website offers, among other things, dangerous food. The website is in Czech. The products offered can be purchased for Czech crowns. The website mainly offers food supplements in various categories. 

1) The inspection found and proved that a food containing a substance with a hormonal effect is offered for sale on this website. Specifically, it is the food "Swiss Pharmaceuticals IBUTAMOREN MK-677 45 capsules" with a declared content of ibutamoren, which is a substance with a hormonal effect and must not be present in food. It was also found and proved that a dangerous food is offered here, namely "Dark Labs Herolean 153 g" with a declared content of yohimbine and which was assessed as a dangerous food according to Article 14 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 and must therefore not be placed on the market. The use of preparations derived from the bark of the yohimbe tree (Pausinystalia johimbe) is prohibited under Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006. Consumption of food containing yohimbine may lead to health damage.

2) The e-shop also offers other foods that, due to their declared composition, could be unsafe for consumers within the meaning of Article 14 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002, e.g. Warrior Labz Ibutamoren 100 caps, German Medico Ibutamoren 60 capsules, Core Labs Ibutamoren MK-677 30 capsules, Cloma Pharma Methyldrene 25 100 capsules, Hammer Labz Fireball Elite 300 g, Innovative Labs Hellfire 100 capsules.

3) The content of the website also seriously violates the requirements set out in legal regulations, as in connection with the presented food supplements and their ingredients, information is provided that attributes to foods or their ingredients properties that allow them to prevent, alleviate or cure certain human diseases and is therefore in conflict with the provisions of Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. Some mandatory information according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 is missing for selected foods.

4) According to the terms and conditions of the e-shop (as of August 8, 2025), the seller is the company USA SUPP - TRADING GROUP LLC 8 THE GREEN, STE A, DOVER 19901, DE, Company Number: 7683288 from the USA. This entity does not respond to the calls of the CAFIA and has not eliminated the identified illegal situation.

5) According to the database https://www.nic.cz/whois/domain/americkedoplnky.cz/, the holder of the domain name is ReliQ s.r.o, Jan Tolog, Doležalova 3424/15C, 821 04 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovakia, which did not accept the calls sent by the CAFIA and did not ensure the elimination of the illegal situation.

6) Given that the entity managing the aforementioned website is located outside the territory of the Czech Republic, the activities of the Czech supervisory authorities towards the operator of this website are very limited.
