4) Food supplement KETO DIET cannot be ordered on these websites, however, after obtaining the discount by “spinning the lucky wheel”, consumers are forwarded to e-shop http://myfitbod.site/?_lp=1&_token=uuid_23ppm7v1b40_23ppm7v1b40602f4f78175710.32072518, which offers the food supplement in question for sale in contradiction to legislation.

5 Internet domain myfitbod.site is registered outside the territory of the CR and the domain name holder is from the Ukraine.

6) With regard to the fact that the entity administrating the Internet domain in question is located outside the territory of the CR, activities of Czech supervisory bodies towards the operator of the websites are very limited.
