What to watch out for:
1) The offered product gives the impression that a medicament is concerned. In fact it is a food supplement (thus a foodstuff is concerned).
2) There is no contact information on the websites.
3) No information important for concluding purchasing contract is available on the websites. Consumers thus do not know with whom and under which conditions conclude the contract.
4) Websites are registered outside the territory of the CR and the domain holder is from Panama (https://www.whois.com/whois/webflow.io).
5) Mandatory information on the foodstuff is missing on the websites. So-called medical and unauthorised health claims on the offered foodstuffs are stated here in contradiction with legislation. The operator of the websites uses dishonest business practices.
6) Consumers fill an ordering form (name and phone number). He/she is subsequently contacted by phone to confirm the order and state data necessary for delivery of the consignment.
7) With regard to the fact that the entity administrating the Internet domain concerned is located outside the territory of the CR, activities of Czech supervisory bodies towards the operator of the websites are very limited.
