6) Clicking on “Check Availability” banner, phone number is displayed through which the product can be ordered and purchased
7) Trade Terms available on the website in question state that company APP AND ROLL sp z o.o, Marszałkowska 58, 00-545 Warszawa, Polska, VAT: PL7010348607 is the owner and the operator of the websites.
8) Holder of domain name “blog-o-cukrovce.com” is entity from the USA (Super Privacy Service LTD c/o Dynadot, PO Box 701, San Mateo, California 94401, US).
9) Provider of webhosting of https://blog-o-cukrovce.com/ is also entity from the USA (GitHub Inc., California, Pensylvania, US).
10) With regard to the fact that the entities administering the Internet domain in question are located outside the territory of the CR, activities of Czech supervisory authorities towards them are very limited.
