1)  No information on the operator of the website is available and the contact address (e-mail) does not work.

2) There are no Trade Terms on the website, consumers thus do not know with whom and under what conditions they conclude the purchasing contract when filling the ordering form (name, phone number).

3) The website is registered outside the territory of the CR and information on the domain holder is not known. The website is in Czech language, however, the translation is poor (there is a significant number of mistakes, probably a web automatic translation into various language version is concerned).

4) Mandatory information on foodstuffs under Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 is missing.
