• containing substance 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) resulting in violation of Section 5(2) of Decree No. 58/2018 Coll., as amended, in conjunction with Section 10(1)(f) of Act No. 110/1997 Coll., on Foodstuffs;
• containing incomplete food information contrary to Article 14(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers;
• containing unclear food information contrary to Article 7(2) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers;
• with missing complete food information in Czech language which is contrary to Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers;

This entity has not responded to CAFIA requests and has not remedied detected infringements. Check of the UK Commercial Register revealed that the address of the company's registered office is 835 Birmingham, New Road, Dudley, England, DY4 8AS.
