Víno mělo nahnědlý odstín. Chuť a vůně byly oxidativní.

Oxidáza vína je vadou, kdy víno má většinou velmi vysokou až nahnědlou barvu a chuť a vůni po jablkách. Oxidáza vzniká nekontrolovatelným stykem vína se vzdušným kyslíkem.

Vzorek oleje byl odebrán z fritézy. Fritovací olej vykazoval známky tepelného rozkladu - hnědá barva oleje nebo tuku, konzistence viskózní, vůně typická pro přepálený olej, chuť typická pro přepálený olej. Obsah polymerních triacylglycerolů byl vyšší, než připouští příslušný právní předpis.
