Neither these websites provide information of relevant Trade Terms, only documents titled “Rules – Present for Voucher” and “Rules – Discount Club”. However, there is neither name nor address of the seller, i.e. consumers do not know with whom they conclude the contract.

2) Websites www.flexa-plus.cz are registered in the CR, however, Maciej Burzynski from Poland (Lucka 7/9 pok 336, 01-842 Warszawa) is the domain holder. Websites https://webmoneysaver.com/420/flexaplus/order_page.php are registered outside the CR and according to database https://www.whois.com/whois/, e-mail: info@domain-contact.org is the only information on the domain holder.
